Detailed Description
To ensure that your document i.e. certificate; additional copies of letters and transcripts and verification of awards, reaches you in a timely and secure manner, for addresses within Europe (countries such as France, Germany or Spain) you can purchase DHL traceable European postage. The cost of this service is £13 and DHL aim to deliver mail sent by this method within 2-3 days however this is not guaranteed.
You will receive an email once your document has been dispatched and where applicable, this will contain the tracking number.
If you have ordered a replacement certificate; additional copies of letters and transcripts or verification of awards separately please include your order number (the reference beginning GU****) so that we can ensure that the orders are linked.
You must also complete the questionnaire that follows in order to finalise your order. You will need to have the following information available in order to complete the questionnaire:
- Your Student ID Number (this is an 8 digit number and can be obtained from your student ID card)
- A contact email address – an email confirming your order will be sent to this email address
- A telephone number (including area code) – for some postage options this is a requirement of carriage
- Your postal address
- The order number of your replacement certificate; additional copies of letters and transcripts or verification of awards order if the postage will be linked to that order.
