This DHL service provides fully tracked postage for addresses in Europe.
To ensure that your document reaches you in a timely and secure manner (for addresses within Europe - countries such as France, Germany or Spain) you can purchase DHL trackable European postage. The cost of this service is £15, and DHL aim to deliver mail sent by this method within 2-3 days however this is not guaranteed.
You will receive an email once your document has been dispatched confirming the tracking information.
If you have ordered a replacement certificate separately, please include your order number (the reference beginning WU****) so that we can ensure that the orders are linked.
You must also complete the questionnaire that follows to finalise your order. You will need to have the following information available to complete the questionnaire:
- Your Student ID Number (this is an 8-digit number)
- A contact email address – an email confirming your order will be sent to this email address - for some couriers an email address is a requirement of postage so they may contact you if there are any issues during delivery.
- A telephone number (including area code) – for some couriers a telephone number is a requirement of postage so they may contact you if there are any issues during delivery.
- Your postal address
- The order number of your other product you have purchased this postage for (reference beginning WU***) (where applicable so the items can be linked)
