Duplicate Certificates – a duplicate certificate will be provided, if you can confirm in writing by completing the questionnaire that follows, that the original certificate has been LOST or STOLEN.

• A charge of £50 will be made for duplicate certificates.
• The duplicate certificate will be annotated as the second issue of the certificate and it will be marked with the word “duplicate”.
• Duplicate certificates will bear the name of the recipient as recorded by the University at the time of conferment of the award.
• In the case of the original certificate being lost or stolen, you will be required to sign a declaration stating that if the original re-appears it will be returned to the University immediately.

NB: All original certificates will become invalid following the issue of a duplicate certificate.
